Although Laser Precision Cutting utilizes technology, Jerusha Myrick, Quality Manager states, "We're still people serving people" and it is why we have "real people" answering our phones and interacting with customers. We find our customers are best served when we listen and personally address their immediate needs. Automatic phone systems just don't have that capability.
